These prices are for standard 1 or 2 Bedroom Flats and standard 2 or 3 Bedroom Houses. For properties that are larger, have extra extensions, bathrooms and/or heavily furnished / 4 bedrooms plus, a separate price will be quoted. This is usually worked out as around an extra £10 per room. Properties are classed as furnished if they have any freestanding furniture or removable items in the property. A call out fee of £50 will be charged if an appointment is late, missed or cancelled without at least 4 hours notice. Payment can be made by personal/company cheque, credit card or BACS payment. Please make cheques payable to Populo Marketing. To pay by credit card please call our office number. An inventory originally created by Manorwoods is automatically updated each time a check in takes place by Manorwoods. This is included in our check in fee. Energy Performance Certificates. A Compulsory part of renting or selling a property, these certificates should be available before marketing begins. We have Accredited Energy Assessors available. Prices are £55 +vat for 1 Bedroom properties £65 +vat for 2 bedrooms £80 +vat for 3 bedrooms £100 +vat for 4 bedrooms £110 +vat for 5 bedrooms.
